Jacob has done construction work for over 18 years. From residential work to multi-million commercial projects where he also worked as a Commercial General Contractor. Jacob is accustomed to high standards, having worked in the Houston Medical Center and various other high profile environments. There has always been passion for quality in everything he does. The vision for Iron Pine has always been to build a home that we are proud of and that would withstand the test of time.

DESIGNER

Designing interiors has been Cindy’s passion since starting her own business, Rooms Renewed, in 1996. Cindy worked for a high-producing realtor in Southlake staging homes long before before staging was popular. She also helped new owners decorate homes with their existing furniture and accessories.In 2000, Cindy was hired by Maykus Custom Homes in Southlake designing interiors for both spec homes and new customers for 10 years. She was then hired by Kim Fancher Designs in Granbury to assist clients with staging and selecting finishes for new and remodeled homes. Cindy takes great pride in making design dreams come true for our clients and relishes what she does.

SUPERINTENDENT

Clovis Aycock, is a construction guru with a decade of on-the-job knowledge. His journey from newbie helper to seasoned pro started with a small remodeling crew, where he found his passion working on quality homes. Now, he is thrilled to be a part of the Iron Pine Homes team, where he gets to turn client's dream homes into a reality.
